At this point, I don’t even bother with a disclaimer that says, “I know this sounds crazy but–” because…it does sound crazy and IT IS that crazy but that just means we really have to pay attention to the material and discern for ourselves how much of it rings true. This is a pretty epic transmission I’ve received from the Akashic Records and I was specifically instructed to publish it on as many platforms as possible for free so it can be widely distributed and reach whoever it applies to.

In full transparency, I’ve only known about this for about 2-3 weeks at time of writing. As soon as this spontaneously (divinely) came into my awareness, I was put into timeline bootcamp by the Akashic Records in an effort to understand, or at the very least, distribute the messages relevant to what came into awareness. The topic is time and the dimensional space we occupy. It gets a bit dense but the Records and I work well together to make it more easily digestible for all. I’ve taken the liberty of creating some visuals to illustrate some of the finer nuances, in an effort to make this as clear as possible.

To whoever finds this information, I hope you find helpful.

Necessary Context

I’ve been a professional Akashic Records practitioner for about two years now. I teach others how to access the Records themselves at various levels of practice and have also trained other Akashic Records Practitioners. This is only relevant to the story because it explains how I knew what was happening to me and why.

Back in 2019, I was going through a major emotional shakeup and ended up having a good old-fashioned cry on the beach. While there, I intended to journal about my feelings but instead, I was presented with an invitation from the Akashic Records instead. They asked me if I wanted to know some of the stories about Atlantis. For those that don’t know, Atlantis was a real place on Earth with very sophisticated systems of technology and very different ecosystems on both land and water than we have now. Anyway, they told me about who I was when I lived there, told me where it was and a little bit about what it looked like when it came into ruin. They told me an awesome story about how in a time of crisis, I was able to save some pretty important information by developing a technology that was unheard of at the time.

Anyway, I started remembering a recurring dream I had as a kid where I lived underwater in a transparent dome. I could see sharks and other regular marine life through this dome part of the house. When I was a kid, I considered it a nightmare because sooner or later that dome which was part of my home somehow or another ended up totally destroyed. Memories of those dreams starting coming up as I was channeling the details of that society and I realized that even as a kid, I was still processing a traumatic event in human history long ago.

This is where it gets messed up: I started realizing how my childhood homelessness, perpetual fear of my father being deported (my father in Atlantis was killed in the conflict, quite abruptly) and my patterns of home insecurity throughout college years were VERBATIM the same patterns I experienced back then. I was understandably very shook, but this isn’t even the strange part.

The Records told me what the name of that part of my Self was. Atlanteans lived CONSIDERABLY a lot longer than the average human does now. They told me her age and where she was currently. I asked why they were telling me this and they hit me with this gem: All of time happens simultaneously. These are not “past lives”. This is a life happening currently RIGHT NOW on an endless loop in the Universe because it caused so much damage to MY consciousness but also to the overall consciousness of an entire race of people which then affected a lot of the life on Earth beyond humanity. So what I was listening to as a 23 year old crying on a beach, is something that was CURRENTLY happening elsewhere in the universe, beyond my perceived reality. The Records had induced a timeline integration, or at least had presented the opportunity for one.

I asked if I could possibly speak to that part of myself. Like, if I tried to send her a message, would she be able to hear it, sorta how humans can pick up signs from those who have passed on. To my surprise, they said I could, so I did. As I began regularly connecting with this woman in meditative states, the Records invited her to completely merge her consciousness into mine. I didn’t really know what that meant at the time, but I trust the Akashic Records so after they gave me all the details on what to expect, I allowed for the integration to happen. There was just one thing: by merging her consciousness into mine…her life would end. On her timeline, she would die. I felt so much grief and apprehension for a second because to integrate her into MY timeline, would mean that she would lose her life (her physical form) in her timeline AND that I would live her karmic patterns and emotions as my own.

She assured me that she had been preparing for this moment for a long time. She knew way before I did that this was even possible AND favorable to do. So I allowed her into the space and for a period of about two weeks, I could still clearly hear her voice in my mind, observing my daily life and offering advice or commentary when she wanted to. For the first two weeks, it was a little awkward because it did feel like two completely different people sharing one body. I noticed she started modifying my diet right away. I no longer ate meat and I was constantly dehydrated. I spent at least 4 days of the week near the ocean and my intuitive work SKYROCKETED into another level.

Then one day came and I stopped hearing her. I’d call her and I’d get no answer. I wasn’t as clumsy in my own body anymore and to be completely honest, I felt so normal that I thought I made the whole thing up. The only thing that kept me grounded in the fact that it had happened was all the advice and stories she told me about her world that directly enabled me to predict events months before they occurred and all the adjustments she had made to my body and lifestyle. I guess after a period of integration, she really did melt into me and we were one person now.

Life after that seemed totally fine, normal and nothing particularly notable relating to her came up except her predictions for my Summer of 2019 experience. All of them came true in exactly the way she said that they would.

Anyway, skip to around Summer of 2020. A full year after this happened. I am presented yet again with an opportunity to receive healing but this time from other beings not of this dimension. At the time, I was really working to discover my inner femininity and trying to not be such an exhausted control freak all the time. The Records told me these beings wouldn’t necessarily integrate as much as they would just work on re-wiring the way I perceived myself and my life so I had an easier time “going with the flow” as they say. And that’s exactly what happened. For a period of about three months, I would have intense dreams where I was receiving wisdom, instructions, field tests, lectures, formal trainings of all kinds and every day I would wake up with new information and feeling a lot better about myself and about life in general.

Ok, now you have some context. I had no idea that my experience was about to become the spontaneous standard for most human beings currently alive on Earth. I thought I was just a ~*special snowflake*~ being used as some sort of experiment but no, I was being prepared and groomed for this exact moment in human evolution.

What follows beyond this point is a transcript of a channeling with the Akashic Records in which I aimed to interview them on this topic: Interdimensional Integrations (at their request) in the most comprehensive way that I can at time of writing. Please read it with an open mind and keep in mind that this information is being published now for specific reasons. I am not privy to all of these reasons but I am doing the best I can to complete my assignment here.

Interdimensional Integration with the Akashic Records

Hello! So here we are. Another big assignment. I have to begin with the obligatory “why?”

Why were you assigned or why at this time? Clarify the question.

Why is this topic important to humanity right now?

Because it is a natural process of the evolution of consciousness which has occurred in varying forms across ancient societies and now, it is beginning here on Earth, right now for your people as they are. This is referenced in the ancient Vedas, it was studied and perfected in the mysteries of Egypt and in many number of seed civilizations that you know of on Earth. This has been a birthright for eons and eons of humanity but up until recently, this technology was unavailable to you because your race had deformed. Instead of becoming higher than the races of your ancestors, you befell into a trap of consciousness and therefore could not sustain technologies of this level until recently. The effects of the traps are being reversed-engineered by highly trained and skilled human beings with live awareness and recall of these kinds of skill sets. Intuitives, engineers, artists etc… many human beings are awakening to their own divine origins and creation stories. And in order to live as an aligned being, one must reverse-engineer their own conscious pasts. Daughters must forgive their mothers and mind their fathers or choose NOT to mind their fathers before they themselves become mothers and pass on the deformities of consciousness.

From a technical standpoint, this can sound advanced and overwhelming. But in fact, in practical forms, this is something you do every day. You reverse-engineer the programming and implants of consciousness received from your parents, your culture, society, your environment, the quality of your education etc etc every time that you choose to examine yourself deeply and decide whether this data is still relevant to you or whether you’d like to refute it and choose something different, like creating your own beliefs and putting them to test by experiencing life in ways different from how you were once taught.

To answer the question, this topic is coming up urgently NOW because humanity’s default vibrational level is not only allowing the return of this technology, but in many areas and peoples of the world, it is happening spontaneously.

Many are switching between “lifetimes” in the dream state and upon waking, they are visibly shaken at the memories, experiences and stories they’ve witnessed. If they experience joyful memories, they immediately long to retrieve them and find out more about who they are in that life, who is with them and the meaning of these events. Spontaneous awareness of a concurrent timeline is not uncommon but spontaneous integration of concurrent lives IS and your healthcare system is completely unequipped to answer these qualms.

Essentially, many humans on your Earth are thinking themselves insane and being labeled as such by the current limits of the mental healthcare system. It is absolutely essential we, through our agents, step in NOW to soothe those undergoing this massive process. If left unchecked, it could lead to irreparable psychological damage to those who are sensitive to energy but yet lack the information/training to truly know what to do in these transformative moments.

And what exactly is happening spontaneously to people right now?

You’re asking us to clarify. Good.

Many there on your Earth have begun an awakening process. Awakening meaning you have become aware that there is more to humanity than working, paying bills and dying. You have become alert to the fact that there is a divine impulse existing in all the cells in your body, in the cells of plants and animals which animates your body and its decisions. Many of you responded to this awareness in your psyche by taking it upon yourselves to incorporate meditative practices. You’ve decided to connect with crystals, essential oils, yoga etc. A great number of you have gone a step further to start self-reflecting and asking yourselves why you are the way you are and why you behave the way you do. All of this is wonderful and a necessary part of the initiation into a more integrated, holistic consciousness and perception of the human experience. However, this is still very surface level healing. Healing the patterns you know of in this lifetime is simply not enough. The survival of your race and your planet demands a lot more and now is the time to accept the assignment.

So what is happening to a number of healing people on Earth is that awareness of “other lives” is starting to come in. These are taking the form of daydreams or actual dreams. It is not happening to EVERYONE there on Earth just yet, as it is still in its earlier stages of development. This is happening to people who in one way or another, have been very dedicated to their own healing and self-discovery over the last decade or two. What is happening is that these spontaneous knowings coming in are reflecting genetic modifications in the dna strands of organic beings. Your dna is evolving. Your biology is evolving, not just your mind. And because your biology allows it, you are now spontaneously…time traveling. In your meditative or even unconscious states, what you call “spacing out” you are accidentally interjecting upon another timeline you are currently existing in.

You see, time and its dimensional realities— let’s stop and define a few things here.

Time: For our intents and purposes, time is a categorial tool of memory and organization for the physical experience of human evolution. It is an animated, always moving measuring stick of the human experiences as you live it.

Dimensions/Dimensional Realities: This refers to “space”. The measurements of distance between what you are right now and what you want to be next. Dimensional realities could be considered “entire lives” with their own timeline, their own spaces happening all at once.

Dimensional realities, so entire LIVES with their own experiences, stories, memories etc…are like pieces of paper stacked on a spindle. Many humans there on Earth have very HIGH consciousness experiences such as those who lived at the time of Egypt’s spiritual heights or during the time of the Christ or even Atlantis and Mu Lemuria. You “started off” at the very tip top piece of paper. Everyone starts with perfect marks.

Everyone was assigned a particular mission on Earth to complete. You assigned it to yourself. You started off with incredibly High Wisdom, Love and Knowledge. But upon “falling to Earth” (which really means descending into a vibrational state which is considerably slower…so that you can form dense enough bodies to carry you and hold weight), much of that wisdom and experience and love is totally lost.

So now you’re at a new place, you don’t know what’s going on at a Soul level and you take every Earthly experience personally because you do not know better. Or rather, you don’t REMEMBER better. Yet, even in this frightening space of newness, your Soul is completely ELATED to be here. It is only from a place of total amnesia that you can rebuild and reconstruct yourself (Your Self) back into those higher aspects or EVEN HIGHER.

Your human avatar and personality (ego) are completely paralyzed with fear. Every loss is personal. Every rejection is taken as somehow determining your worth or lackthereof etc. It’s a pretty miserable existence.

Once you “lose” a connection to those higher aspects, those formless wisdoms and love, the God-Self… you become fragmented. It doesn’t mean you are not a WHOLE being with awareness and free will….it simply means you are no longer behaving or making decisions from the same data pool as before. Now your information is completely gone and you only have your experiences in your body, mind and emotions to gather conclusions from. But you never really “lose” the connection to the God-Self. You simply lose the AWARENESS of it. You forget that it was there to begin with.

And when you forget that it was ever there to begin with, you make decisions from a limited data pool. And then you “mess up” your timelines. You become a manipulator of reality. You do your best to act in ways that will make you more likely to receive love from others instead of just being yourself. You do your best with the information you’ve gathered to make your lived experiences a little easier on yourself, more comfortable and maybe even joyful. However, this is inorganic and corrupted because it does not reflect your truest Self.

You cannot create from this place in consciousness. All you can do is navigate what you’ve been dealt and do your best to make adjustments as you go to make it even easier for yourself.

In order to CREATE not manipulate timelines, you must reverse-engineer the timeline that got the most “messed up.”

In order to CREATE from an ORGANIC, HOLISTIC PLACE OF CONSCIOUSNESS (which means you are creating from LIMITLESS, ALL-KNOWING, ALL-FEELING, ETERNAL CONNECTION TO YOUR GOD-SELF) you MUST break down and repair every timeline you have ever created which was created from inorganic, incomplete information. Only then can you take on your truer, freer forms.

How does one do this? Is it possible to do this by yourself?

Of course it is possible to do this by yourself, given that this “Self” you speak of is a trained, disciplined and committed individual equipped with all skill sets required to execute this technology flawlessly. It is a simple process but simple does not mean it is easy. If an aspect of you has been trained (not on Earth) and your Soul chose to come here with those codes scheduled for activation at some point in your human life, then yes. This is possible for you to do yourself. But you must REMEMBER that this exists to begin with. You must remember your training. You must experiment with it within controlled environments so as to not further damage your psyche. Energy workers of extremely high caliber and extensive, proven-results can absolutely perform these technologies for themselves and others if they choose to.

However, there exists MANY MORE there on Earth who have chosen to receive this technology rather than to go it all alone. To meet this demand, there are an equal number of trained spiritual specialists to meet this need in human evolution. Simply ask (and allow) for your Self to be guided towards the practitioner best suited for your current state of consciousness.

To answer the first question, the integration part of the technology requires high-level skilled training in energy work. We are not talking about Earthly schooling of energy. We are talking about training beyond this current realm. You cannot become trained on this realm in these high level technologies until your society and planet return to a previous place of consciousness where temples and formal, long-term training can be held. Such as the mystery schools of Egypt or the training initiatory rites of Mayan astronomers and priests. These initiates dedicated their lives to their training. They hardly left temple except for ceremony and socializing. These people were not trapped or prisoners of the temple. They were simply so devoted to themselves that it lit their hearts up to dedicate their daily life to their practices.

Until your societies as they stand begin to crumble and become replaced with smaller, more intimate and manageable group sizes, will there exists a great number of self-selected initiates who do their work and dedicate their life towards higher and higher awareness. Learning from the beginning all the way to highest, most profound points of consciousness. To allow for this occur, one must erect a temple to begin with. A place of schooling. And find elevated teachers who can speak to the minds and hearts of others and dedicate a large chunk of their lives to solely nursing the next generation. It’s a bit of a process, you see. No need to rush.

The simple answer is, yes it is possible for a Soul within a human body to perform these integrations for themselves and for others, given that their training allows for it without causing more harm than good. How does one do this? By remembering how, of course.

Is it possible to integrate Higher Aspects? If so, how?

Yes but not immediately or spontaneously if the vibration of the human being attempting the integration does not allow for it. Vibrations of incredibly high rates of speed produce heat and light that dense physical forms are not prepared to handle. It can cause damage to your physical nervous system and eyes. You must first train your body to allow more light to occupy it. Altering your diet to reflect more conscious awareness of your needs. If you have trouble sleeping, consuming foods with magnesium, for example. Knowing the needs of your body and becoming responsible for them is important. Incorporating movement and exercise as forms of endurance training help. Receiving regular energetic healings also train the physical and subtle bodies to retain more and more formless supplies of energy. This process requires both physical forms of energy such as consuming the appropriate foods and formless supplies of energy, such as energetic treatments and cleanses.

Then, you must train your mind to know how to differentiate between all the voices in your head to find which one is truly the Soul speaking. You must also train to allow yourself to feel deeply and profoundly, for the Soul knows no language and operates on pure divine impulse. If you are not used to allowing yourself to feel and to trust those feelings, then it is impossible to embody higher aspects than the present version of yourself. You must first collapse the lower aspects that allowed for that behavior to form.

In fact, this is the easiest way to allow integration of the higher aspects. The easiest way to do this is to first integrate the LOWEST version of Self. Welcoming this “life” into your current body and consciousness will help you to collapse the original feelings of fragmentation such as pain, sorrow, not being safe, hopelessness etc. With the current consciousness working together with the LOWEST aspects of Self, the parts of you that affected you negatively the most deeply, then you can love and respect those aspects and introduce them to the data about life and the world that present YOU has gained. You can essentially re-write the stories that you subconsciously play out over and over again without knowing why. In doing so, you collapse that pool of data because there is information now that overrides it.

Without all that density of pain in the way anymore, you are free to embody the version of you that exists elsewhere on the time-space continuum that you would have ALWAYS been had you never experienced pain of any kind. That version of you isn’t too far away on the time-space scale. So that is the easiest way to integrate higher aspects. To collapse what prevents you from reaching the next-closest version of you on the scale.

The energy still feeding into that “life”, that “timeline” returns to your present moment in your present form in its most raw, formless data. It is raw energy with no data or interpretation assigned to it yet. The timeline collapses and the “lowest” aspect of your Self is released into formlessness. Now you have more energy in your present moment and you get to decide how you use it.

Once you reach that version of you on the scale which is a result of not feeling pain to the point of “breaking”, you will want to embody your HIGHEST aspects. But to embody those aspects without frying your nerves from the inside out, you must return to ALL lower aspects of you that exist in your Souls’ trajectory. Once ALL those lower aspects are collapsed, you are free to embody and become One with your Highest Self in human form.

Once your Soul is acting through physical form, you are free to reach the ultimate destination of enlightenment in human form: ascended mastery. This means you are in a physical form (human) but you are not bound by time and space like other humans. If you want to, you can travel the world from right behind your eyelids with incredible accuracy of actual real-time geographic locations and events. You can visit any time period of the world you have ever experienced by simply recalling the memories of those lives, whenever you want to. And you can live as long as it feels appropriate to you, because by then you will have taken extensive care of your physical form. Fed it well, groomed it, cleaned it etc.

You are immortal in human form. You cannot die in consciousness, only in body. Otherwise, being “alive” forever in ONE form also becomes a prison. So you are free to leave this realm and if you choose to come back, you’d be born with all your memories and knowings intact, even as an infant in the womb. This is the true key to immortality: conscious awareness and full down-to-the-last-detail retention of memory for every lived experience your Soul has ever been present for.

How does the breakdown and repair of a lower timeline affect the person? The world?

Imagine who you could be and things you could do if you had never experienced traumatic events. If you were fully emotionally available and capable to deal with any life experience. This is who you become when you integrate and teach your lowest aspects the new information you’ve gained. These aspects say, “Oh! There is so much more than what I knew to be true! I no longer have dwell in this painful cycle. I am free!”. And this energy returns to you without form or data. It’s like a “reset” button. The timeline collapses for everything and everyone involved in that lifetime of yours.

Imagine how many people you’ve met up until your age now. Every person you’ve connected with, every land you walked on… now has these lowest aspects of them and you… completely gone. What kind of world would you create now?

Well with the availability of this technology… now you have the opportunity to find out.

Are there any downsides or dangers to this technology?

Yes, absolutely. Integrations of this caliber, especially the first one being your LOWEST aspects, your most primal feelings of fear and pain… without guidance and counsel can cause severe psychological damage. Additionally, as you integrate aspects of yourself, your physical biology is also altered so you will have to surrender to your body changing forms to reflect the form which fits this transitionary process best. Perhaps your diet changes, your hair color changes, your weight fluctuates drastically, you are suddenly prone to an allergy that was not there before or thought patterns you did not experience before. It is a very sensitive, multilayered process which works best when facilitated by clinical therapists…if your therapists were currently equipped to discuss such sophisticated spiritual processes.

Suffice to say this process requires facilitation, guidance and mentorship for long-term periods of months, if not years. Finding a practitioner you trust and hold in your perception as wise and comforting will be helpful to you at all levels.

Are spontaneous integrations possible? Are they happening right now?

Yes they are but they are not common. They are happening now to those who are activating deeper layers of their Soul’s destiny. These are people who are trained energy worker and devoted students of occult sciences and concepts. They do not just happen willy nilly to whoever.

However, what is MORE common and currently happening now is that people are spontaneously becoming AWARE of their concurrent lives. Though they are not merging, they are experiencing psychological phenomena of time-travel through the mind such as meditative, day dreaming or dreaming. Many think they are going insane or have begun to experience profound feelings of pain and longing to be somewhere other than where they currently are and they do not have a full explanation as to why, so they are “taking it out” in the only way they can, against their current lived experiences. Projecting their fears and pain where they don’t completely belong and causing confusion and harm to others in their wake.

What do you intend to do with the publication of this information?

Well… to put you to work in accordance with your Destiny, of course.

I meant at the collective level, ha! What do you intend to do with the publication of this information to the public?

The same thing we have always done through you. To bring widespread awareness of these technologies and to make efficient, profound, steady use of them in the interest of collective human evolution back to their Highest Glory.

In the bigger picture, how does the return of this technology affect the human race and our collective evolution?

It reintroduces to humanity the concept of ascension and through that awareness, re-ignites the passion for reaching the deepest Source energy within and transcending all Earthly pain to reach highest forms of the liberation of consciousness. The planet and all who live on it will once more be in frequent contact with other worlds, both physical and not, and will become re-initiated as sovereign divine races into the macrocosm of the Universe. No longer seen as an experiment or passion project, but seen as your own sovereign divine race of beings, equal in stature to those others who exist in higher frequencies and far-out worlds. An opportunity to take your place in the Universe and become a significant contributor to all of Life across all the Universe and beyond.

It helps to think of the Integration scale as a sliding scale, moving horizontally back and forth between the extremes of Lowest, Lower, anchor point, Higher and Highest aspects of Self, until finally coming to the center when all aspects are embodied in one physical form with no karmic baggage or energy left feeding into unconscious timelines.
