Describe a Soul Contract Decoded Reading?

• To schedule a Soul Contract reading, you are required to have an exact birth name and birthday. Usually you can find this information on your birth certificate.
• Session confirmation: Your session will be confirmed after payment is made. A calendar invite will be sent to you directly, including the information from your intake form. You can easily update your intake information, reschedule your appointment, or cancel your appointment with links in your calendar invite email. Please be sure to check your spam for the calendar invite email if you do not see it in your main inbox! You will receive a reminder on the day of the session.
• Technical details: All consultations are done via Zoom video conferencing. You will be enabled to record your session directly onto your device during the session. It’s a good idea to download the Zoom app before your session to make sure you can record a copy of your session. Consultations include an email summary of recommendations/suggestions (if applicable to the reading) and links to any mentioned resources (if applicable to the reading) within 5 business days after your consult.
• Is my session confidential: Our sessions together are 100% private and remain between you and I. All notes are kept in secure locations both physical and digital, and shared only with you. 

What is the role of the practitioner?

To facilitate moral support service as we review each section of your Soul Contract. If extended Soul Contract Reading Package is purchased, recommendations are made during the second call to help you achieve your maximum potential in life.

Second Meetings will be charged separately as a personal consultation where we can discuss navigating your Soul Contract on a deeper level.

Rescheduling, Late Fees & Cancelations

What happens if I’m late to a session: If you are more than 15 minutes late I will close the session and you will have the option to reschedule for a $25 fee. I will consider waiving the fee for truly extenuating circumstances. If you choose not to reschedule within 7 days, you will not receive a refund for your session. This is a fully personalized service, I take 2-4 hours to prepare before each of my sessions, and I cannot get my time back.

What happens if I accidentally miss my session: If you miss your appointment you can reschedule for a $35 fee. I will consider waiving the fee for truly extenuating circumstances. If you choose not to reschedule within 7 days, you will not receive a refund for your session. This is a fully personalized service, I take 2-4 hours to prepare before each of my sessions, and I cannot get my time back.

What happens if I need to reschedule: If you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, you will not be charged a fee. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $25 fee. I will consider waiving the fee for truly extenuating circumstances.

What happens if I need to cancel and do not want to reschedule: If you cancel your appointment with more than 7 days notice, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your appointment with less than 7 days notice, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive a refund. This is a fully personalized service, I take 2-4 hours to prepare before each of my sessions, and I cannot get my time back. I will make exceptions for truly extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
